This site was designed and created by Kurt Hertzog in September of 2008. It is written in HTML and PHP with some of the site logistics handled using Microsoft FrontPage 2000. Since it's new implementation, the site was created and is being expanded and maintained by Kurt. The blame for the current site's content and operation fall on solely on him.
